Attorney Johnny Lai

Johnny Lai is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Indigent Criminal Defense Appointments program.  He has in private practice since 2002.  Johnny Lai was a Public Defender for the L.A. County Public Defender's Office.  

Attorney Johnny Lai graduated with a law degree from the Public Interest Law Program at UCLA School of Law. He received his Masters Degree from the Goldman School of Public Policy at U.C. Berkeley and his undergraduate degree from Pomona College in Claremont, CA. 

Mr. Lai's community involvement has included:  co-founder of the Arroyo Seco Greens, Secretary of the Pasadena-Foothill Chapter of the ACLU, and Board Member of the L.A. Police Watch.
